Our Outpatient Mental Health services are uniquely suited to meet the needs of vulnerable and high-risk children, adolescents and families — particularly those involved in the Alameda County foster care system. Our mental health clinicians see clients at our Fruitvale clinic as well as in community settings, meeting families at their greatest point of need, equipping them with the tools and linkages to help overcome what often are multiple traumatic events.

Bilingual Clinical Supervisor (English/Spanish language skills required)

WestCoast Children’s Clinic is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Supervisor in the Outpatient (OTP) and Intern Training programs to provide clinical oversight and quality assurance to unlicensed and licensed staff clinicians, doctoral interns and residents who provide community-based mental health care services with a focus on trauma-informed services to children, youth and families. The supervisor is legally responsible for adherence to all applicable licensing, supervision, billing, documentation requirements and overseeing the timeliness and quality of a staff member’s clinical work. This position works with Outpatient and Intern Training Program Directors to identify policies, procedures, and training needs.

Staff Accountant

WestCoast Children’s Clinic seeks a talented Staff Accountant who is dedicated to helping our agency make a difference in the community. We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled accountant who will be responsible for processing a variety of accounting transactions in the Sage MIP accounting system.  Responsibilities of this position will include preparing general ledger entries, producing monthly financial reporting, preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the annual audit and tax preparation.
